After a year for sale, Jeffree Star finally got rid of his Hidden Hills mansion

Jeffree Star was finally able to say goodbye to the mansion he owned in Hidden Hills, California.

The Californian influencer Jeffrey Star36, was finally able to get rid of the impressive mansion he owned in Hidden Hillshowever, did so at a price well below what he had in mind.

The also makeup artist got rid of what was his home for $16,700,000 dollarsalthough initially contemplated selling it for $20,000,000.

Although the figure received was not what was expected, Jefree obtained a slight gain with respect to the $14,600,000 dollars which he disbursed in December 2019, so no one lost out.

The new owners, according to the Dirt portal, are the successful Burmese businessmen Pyae and Smile Maungwho are old acquaintances in California, where they own more properties in the Beverly Hills area and in San Bernardino.

The residence, in a French architectural style and built in 2007, has an area of 19,549 square feetwith seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

It also has a hall with a double staircase, with a kitchen, with a dining room, with a living room, with a main room, with a TV room, with a family room, with an office, with a library, with a study, with a games room, with a two floors, with spa and massage room.

It also has an underground movie theater, wine cellar, tasting room, a garage for 10 vehicles, among other rooms.

Outside, on his lot 2.82 acresthe mansion has extensive green areas, two guest houses, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, Jacuzzi, a pergola, a barbecue area, among other amenities.

In addition to standing out for its facilities and its location, the house also stands out for its privacy, being located at the end of a cul-de-sac.
